The "Guest of the House" Policy

We believe in group unity. Whether you’re a group of six, seven or even bigger, we treat the last member of your party as our guest. This means their entire ground package – luxury lodging, all meals, transport, park fees, the works – is on us.

Totally your call. Sometimes the group leader takes the spot as a thank you for organizing everything. Other times, you might all agree to split the savings evenly to lower everyone’s costs. Either way, we bill for the group minus one person.

To lock in the “Guest of the House” deal, we need a full group commitment. If someone cancels and your group shrinks below the minimum agreed pax (6), you’ll either need to find a replacement or simply travel as usual without the incentive.

Logistics & Comfort

All our 4×4 Land Cruisers, made for the rough Kenyan bush, are loaded with the comforts you want, such as charging ports, cold drinks in the fridge, and high-frequency radios so you’re always connected.

Many safari vans cram people in. With us, however, we ensure no one gets stuck in the middle seat. We cap each vehicle at six guests, so everyone gets a window and a direct view through the pop-top roof for photography and general wildlife viewing.

No problem. We add another private vehicle, and depending on the size of the party, we evenly split the group across trucks to ensure a window seat is guaranteed for every single traveler. Most importantly, we will award another guest of the house!

To ensure your trip ends on a high note rather than a tired one, some of our itineraries typically include an internal flight from the bush back to the capital. This saves you 6 – 8 hours of driving on your final day, giving you more time for a final game drive and a relaxed departure.

Definitely. Many of our groups want to see the day-to-day Kenya beyond the lions. We can arrange visits to local schools, athletic training camps, or conservation projects where you can see exactly how your visit supports the local economy.

Pricing & Inclusions

Absolutely. Their stay at our selected lodges, all meals, game drives, and all mandatory National Park and Conservation fees are included. The only items not covered are international airfare, visas, tips, and extras like top-shelf spirits or laundry services.

While we treat you as one “Circle,” we understand that collecting funds from friends can be awkward for a group leader. Upon request, we can send out individual invoices and still apply the “Guest of the House” credit to the final bill.
